Can I book a course that is not listed?
Yes. Send us your course name or code, university, syllabus and the topics you need help with. We’ll discuss the support and session availability.
How do I book a session?
Use “Book this course” in a course’s expanded details, or contact us on WhatsApp. Tell us your course, goals and preferred times so we can arrange your sessions.
Do you offer online and small-group sessions?
NextGrade offers live private and small-group tutoring. Contact us to confirm the online session format, schedule and group availability for your course.
Are recordings and practice materials available?
Recorded lessons, practice materials and mock exams are available through NextGrade. What is included depends on your course and package; confirm the details when booking. The course materials listed on this website can be downloaded freely.
How much do sessions cost, and how do I pay?
See the Pricing page for published package prices in SAR. Contact us to confirm the package and payment method before booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Contact us as soon as you need to change a booking. Ask us to confirm the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before you pay.
How do exam reminders work?
Choose an exam date on the calendar, then download its calendar event or add it to Google Calendar. The downloaded .ics file includes a reminder one day before the exam. For Google Calendar, choose your reminder when saving the event. Your calendar app’s notification settings apply. Exam times are not supplied, so events are marked as all-day. Imported events do not update automatically—check your university’s official schedule.
When will my review appear?
Reviews are checked before publication. Your name, rating and testimonial appear only after approval. Please avoid including private contact details.
